A Message from Dr. McMillan

A premium-priced mRNA influenza platform advances without demonstrating superiority over the best existing alternatives.

It has become increasingly difficult to separate public-health judgment from corporate financial strategy.

Therefore, the renewed USA military flu vaccine requirement may look commercially convenient for the future.

Eight billion doses: The mRNA vaccine safety studies nobody ran
Authors: Dr. Philip McMillan, John McMillan

  • Moderna's mRNA flu vaccine was approved on the platform's track record rather than fresh toxicology work.

  • The trial compared the shot against a standard dose, not the high dose over 65s actually receive.

  • Undetermined and sudden deaths ran higher in the vaccine cohort, 29 against 12, with no autopsies performed.

  • Adduct studies which are standard for gene related products were skipped, and carcinogenesis and fertility remain unevaluated on the label.

Why this is important: Absence of a safety signal is not the same as evidence of safety, and that gap is where risk lives. With the possibility that most vaccines will be rebuilt on mRNA, the questions worth asking now, about autopsies, adduct toxicology, a fair comparator, - get harder to ask later..

The NO Secrets traces 16 nitric oxide protocols, each one followed from the culture that found it to the research that explains it, with a clinical perspective from Dr. Philip McMillan that pushes back where the evidence is thin.

Six of them are open below. Choose the one that interests you and we email it today.

CH 01The Beetroot OlympicsA $3 vegetable that outran the supplements athletes pay a fortune for.
CH 02The Ancient Nasal Breathing SecretYour nose makes it free. Your mouthwash destroys it.
CH 03Arugula Over PillsLeaves convert at 47%. A $40 bottle manages 20%.

HEALTH

  • Researchers used artificial intelligence to design complete bacteriophage genomes, and several of those designs produced working viruses.

  • Evo 2, trained on trillions of DNA letters, excluded human infecting viruses from its training data deliberately.

  • Safeguards span model design, DNA synthesis screening, laboratory oversight and metagenomic surveillance capable of spotting unfamiliar pathogens.

  • Countries differ widely in biosecurity readiness, and biological threats cross borders regardless of where they emerge.

Why this is important: Genome language models have moved part of biological design onto a computer, ahead of anything built in a laboratory. Deciding what responsible safeguards look like while the capability is still limited beats improvising them once something genuinely dangerous can be designed, ordered and assembled.

EDUCATION

This comprehensive data-led course focuses on the intestine as a pandemic amplifier. It is built around a eight-section deep dive through gut immunology, barrier injury, microbiome disruption, and the post-pandemic data dashboard

The Intestine as a Pandemic Amplifier is a comprehensive, data-led course - built around three drivers: repeated spike exposure, barrier injury, and microbiome disruption.

With seven modules, an interactive data dashboard, and Q&A, it takes you section by section through nine years of NHS admission data - so you understand what the numbers show and what they don't.

This is for those who want the evidence tested.

MEDICAL NEWS IN BRIEF

NEWS HIGHLIGHTS

🚥 Sudden adult death syndrome reflects an electrical fault in the heart that a standard post-mortem cannot see: Losing an apparently healthy young adult with no explanation leaves families with nothing to act on. Genetic testing after death, combined with cardiac screening of surviving relatives, can name the hidden condition and identify others carrying it while treatment still has time to work.

🚥 An executive order rewrites childhood vaccine policy: Nothing changes at the pediatrician's office, yet the timing does damage. Arriving as children return to school and measles cases hit their highest level since 1991, the order asks parents to doubt a schedule built over sixty years, based on evidence and public support.

🚥 Sugar rationing in the womb and first two years of life tracked with lower dementia risk decades later: Prevention advice for dementia usually starts in midlife. Pointing at the first thousand days from conception moves the window much earlier and identifies something modifiable, since a quarter of the effect ran through later diabetes and high blood pressure. [SOURCE]

🚥 Mice kept their memories after losing more than half the synapses in the hippocampus: Memory has long been assumed to live in the strength of individual connections. Shifting the explanation to how surviving synapses are arranged changes what researchers should measure in dementia, where synapse loss is counted as damage without asking which ones actually mattered. [SOURCE]

🚥 Most everyday personal care products carry chemicals that do not appear on the label: Reading an ingredient list carefully turns out not to be protective when the list is incomplete. Safety ratings and clean beauty certifications lean almost entirely on disclosed ingredients, so testing finished packaged products, not their labels, is what would actually close the gap. [SOURCE]

🚥 A rare variant in the FNIP1 gene leaves carriers leaner, with healthier livers and better blood sugar: Obesity and diabetes drugs currently work mostly by suppressing appetite. A gene that governs how fast cells burn fuel points at the other side of the equation, and nearly 40 percent of the genes found already have drugs in development or in use. [SOURCE]
